Black Rhino Ventures will be traveling to South Carolina to work with the Camp Patriot team and Walt Leonard to promote another charity event for our Nation's heroes. We are finalizing the details and this promises to be an amazing adventure.

Starting Sept. 8th, 6 of our severely wounded veterans will be arriving into Spartanburg, SC for a weekend of fun. All participants will be staying at the Spartanburg Marriott, the premier Marriott hotel in the area. After an evening of getting to know one another, our esteemed guests will retire for the evening to prepare for the days ahead.

On Friday the 9th, we will be tackling the Chattooga River for a day of whitewater rafting. Lunch will be on the river and should serve as fuel for an afternoon spent taming one of South Carolina's most esteemed rafting destinations. The evening will find us having dinner at a local restuarant before retiring back at our hotel to rest up for the next day's activities.

Saturday the 10th finds us at the legendary BMW driving school. What a better way to say thanks to those who give so much than to let them drive some of the most advanced and powerful machines on the planet. Lunch has been donated to us by BMW and after which, we will be slicing through the skies with the Carolina Soaring Association. This day is our own version of surf and turf, but we will call it "turf and sky."

The evening finds us at yet another area restaurant before our evening festivities. Sept. 11th serves as our "goodbye". New friends are always hard to depart from but we leave knowing that we were able to show these soldiers an amazing time. We couldn't think of a more befitting tribute on Sept. 11th than to give back to those who have given so much. We only hope that those who have given their lives in combat and those who gave their lives on that fateful day know how much we appreciate them. We will never forget you.
